SLIDERS

GW250 ENGINE GUARD CARBON STEEL
-These instructions are also good for the Black Carbon Steel and the Sanmai Stainless Steel Engine Guard Crashbars.

-Remove 2 front center bolts from the frame of the motorcycle.
-Fit engine guard to motorcycle frame.
-Replace 2 front center bolts from the frame of the motorcycle.
-Attach side frame bracket ends with 2 screws on each side.
-Finished.

GW250 ENGINE GUARD STEEL CRASHBAR

-Remove front center top bolt from the frame of the motorcycle.
-Fit engine guard to motorcycle frame.
-Replace front center top bolt from the frame of the motorcycle.
-Attach side frame brackets to each side of the crash bar. Tighten bracket bolts.
-Finished.

GW250 STRAIGHT BAR SLIDER ENGINE GUARD

-Remove 2 front center bolts from the frame of the motorcycle.
-Fit engine guard to motorcycle frame.
-Replace 2 front center bolts from the frame of the motorcycle.
-Finished.


REAR TAIL CARRIERS

GW250 REAR TAIL CARRIERS
-Instructions are good for the Black and Chrome 66 Rear Tail Carriers, Chrome Rear Tail Carrier, Black Rear Tail Carrier, and the Black and Chrome Saddle Bag Side & Rear Carriers.

-Remove seat from frame.
-Remove 4 bolts holding the original rear tail grab handle onto the frame.
-Remove the original rear tail grab handle.
-Fit the new rear tail carrier to the frame.
-Replace 4 bolts holding the new rear tail carrier onto the frame.

 

HANDGUARDS

-Remove bolt from clutch and front break levers.
-Remove Bolt for hand grip ends.
-Insert Hand Guards.
-Screw bolt back into clutch and front break levers.
-Screw bolt back into hand grip ends.
-Finished.
